My Story

Art as Meditation, Expression, and Exploration

I am an art student studying at Lasalle School of Arts going to graduate from Diploma in Fine Arts in Year 3.

My journey in art began in childhood, ignited by an enduring passion that has since flourished into a pursuit of boundless creativity.

My artistic exploration knows no bounds; I find joy in experimenting with various mediums, each offering a unique journey of discovery. While my interests span diverse subjects such as landscapes, still life, portraits, and the intricate beauty of flora and fauna, it is the realm of abstract art and the creation of mesmerizing patterns that truly captivates me.

Among the myriad themes I explore, one holds a particularly profound resonance - the concept of art as meditation. For me, art is more than mere expression; it's a conduit for channeling curiosity, delving into the ineffable, and finding solace in the tranquility of creation.

Meditation is not just a practice; it's a way of life that infuses my artistic process. I gravitate towards mediums like pouring art and mandala creation, each offering a meditative dance of colors and shapes. Whether it's canvas, bottles, CDs, stones, or wooden panels, each surface becomes a canvas for my exploration, a vessel for expressing the serenity found within.
